Are your products fragrance-free?
Most of our range is fragrance-free. Products that contain fragrance say so clearly on the label.

Can I use these with sensitive skin?
Our formulas are gentle, but we recommend patch testing new products and introducing actives slowly.

How long until I see results?
Hydration shows immediately. Texture and tone usually improve within four to eight weeks.

Are you cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test on animals and neither do our suppliers.

Do you offer refills?
Yes. Refill pouches for cleanser and moisturiser use 80% less plastic.

What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy within 60 days, we will refund you, even if the product is opened.
